0-1 Years of Age

Nursery is provided for all services with the exception of a few special services throughout the year. Advanced notice will be given when no nursery is to be provided, and families with young children are encouraged to worship with their entire families on these occasions.

Our loving volunteers provide a safe and nurturing environment for children during the worship service. Children participate in a worship service specially tailored to their ages. Biblical principles are taught by the use of bible stories, videos and crafts.

Sunday Evenings: 5:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
September - May
3 Years of Age - 6th Grade

Children learn to apply the Bible to their daily lives. Bible memorization, Bible stories, games, music and art are all part of making this time one of the highlights of your child's week. Points are awarded for various activities, and the points can be used to acquire toys from the Woodbine Awana Toy Store. An awards program is held twice a year before the congregation.

Mission Friends

Wednesday Evenings - 7 p.m.
(Rotates on a monthly basis with Children in Action)
3 Years of Age - 1st Grade

The children learn about missionaries, the work they do, and the countries where they serve. The children also learn Bible verses, listen to Bible stories, and talk about ways they can share Jesus' love with others. They participate in local mission projects like collecting food for the church pantry or Hands of God, toys or food items for the WMU Toy Store, and hygiene products for Red Cross comfort kits.

Children in Action

Wednesday Evenings - 7 p.m.
(Rotates on a monthly basis with Mission Friends)
3 Years of Age - 6th Grade

The children participate in local mission projects like collecting food for the church pantry or Hands of God, toys or food items for the WMU Toy Store, and hygiene products for Red Cross comfort kits.

Children's Music

Wednesday Evenings - 7 p.m.
Two age appropriate (ages 3-11) classes are provided on a rotating schedule. The children provide special music at various times of the year. Also, they present a program during the Christmas season, which consists of music and drama.
